No developer note gives leech spawn points or respawn behaviour. Players in Steam threads describe looking around the island, but we found no repeatable map location we can link. That is why this page does not give coordinates or a timer.
- Where each leech sits and whether they respawn.
- Whether the count is exactly three on every version.
- Whether leeches can be missed once you leave the island.
If you cannot find them
Note your island, game version, whether you are hosting, and what you tried. Distinguish never finding a leech from finding some and being unable to find another. This makes a community support question much more useful.
Use the game's save and quit controls. Check the save guide before switching computers. Do not delete a world or overwrite a working save just to test a spawn claim.
Ask for reproducible evidence
