Drip creatures, Fishipedia & wishbone in How to Fish
Drip creatures are the rare variants that stand between you and the Fishipedia achievement. Patch 1.1.3 and the new wishbone both target that grind.
Drip creatures are rare variants of normal creatures, and the Fishipedia achievement asks you to find and kill all of them. Since patch 1.1.3 the Fishipedia shows the bait for any creature you have killed once. The wishbone, bought with euros, raises your drip chance; one 1.1.1 guide says +3% per purchase from a 10% base up to 25%, but that has not been confirmed.
What drip creatures are
The developer's patch notes refer to drip creatures and name the drip parrotfish, which had a bug that stopped it being cooked until 1.0.11. Community guides describe drip variants as rare versions of ordinary creatures, and say a creature can be endangered and drip at the same time.
Steam's achievement list has Drip ("Kill a drip creature") and Fishipedia ("Find and kill all drip creatures", 3.5% of players on October 8). Patch 1.0.5 fixed a bug where Fishipedia did not unlock until you found one more drip creature than the total. See the achievements page.
The developers also named a Drip Gar in their September 30 announcement about a plush made with Makeship. That post is merchandise news and does not say how to catch the creature in game, so we have not verified a location or bait.

Patch 1.1.3 added one change: the Fishipedia displays the name of the bait needed to catch a creature, shown after you have killed it once. The developer says it was meant to make drip hunting easier. In practice that means you first need to land each creature once, then the Fishipedia tells you which bait to use to hunt its drip variant.

Three community guides agree on the idea: the Islet Update added a wishbone that raises your chance of catching drip creatures, you find it at the top of a parkour-style island made of rock pillars, and it costs euros. A guide written on 1.1.1 adds that each purchase behaves like a player upgrade, raising the drip chance by 3% from a 10% base up to a maximum of 25%.
Only one guide gives those numbers, and patch 1.1.2 adjusted the pricing for wishbone upgrades, so recheck cost and effect on your version. How to earn euros is on the euros and bow guide; where the island sits is on the map page.

The bow island is reported to have a "standard drip fish slot machine". We have not confirmed what the slot machines pay out, so we do not give odds.

We have not measured drip rates or bought the wishbone. The 1.0.5 fix covers the known Fishipedia bug; if it still does not unlock for you, check your version and report it in the community discussions.
